The ancient stonework has been left untouched and now forms a striking backdrop to the fireplace. An ancient mulberry tree from the era of sericulture has also been preserved, offering cooling shade near the property’s historic well.
The ground floor consists of a large dining table next to the fireplace, lounge, kitchenette, laundry room and bathroom. The upper level offers a spacious attic-style sleeping area with natural wooden boards and comfortable foam and cotton mattresses, creating an unforgettable experience for families and groups of friends.

Nestled between the Evinos and Acheloos rivers, the region is rich in mythology and natural beauty. The Acheloos River and its impressive delta offer excellent opportunities for excursions, birdwatching and wildlife exploration.
Just in front of the property lies the unique Messolonghi–Aitoliko Lagoon, perfect for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, birdwatching and discovering the area’s exceptional natural landscape. Nearby, Kryoneri and Mount Varasova offer one of Greece’s most renowned rock-climbing destinations.
A visit to the Sacred City of Messolonghi is truly unforgettable, with attractions including the Archaeological Museum, Art Gallery, Historical Museum “Diexodos,” Salt Museum, the residence of Charilaos Trikoupis and the home of Kostis Palamas.
